Refund policy

For ONLINE SALES ONLY, if for any reason you aren't completely satisfied with your order, please contact us at sales@butterflyboutiquebarbados.com within 14 days of receipt and we can arrange an exchange or refund providing products are returned to us in perfect condition, unused and unwashed with tags still attached. If you return your order to us after 14 days then sadly we won't be able to issue you a refund but we can give you store credit to purchase another item in the online store.

When you return goods (with the exception of any items that arrived damaged or faulty) please note that you are responsible for any shipping costs incurred. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if items fail to reach us.
